Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Single Services related to Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, IT Repair, Washing Machine Repair, AC Service or similar nature of services.

OWS Repair will charge an amount of Rs 199 or Rs 249 as applicable as cancellation charges if the customer cancels the scheduled visit.

To avoid cancellation charges, customers are requested to reschedule or cancel the order 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You can reschedule or cancel your service request via the OWS Repair website and mobile app or through the OWS Repair call center.
  • If the service request is canceled 2 hours before the scheduled service time, the cancellation charges will not be applicable. If the service is canceled within 2 hours of scheduled service time, the customer is liable to pay cancellation charges.
  • If the order booking and service time is within 2 hours and the customer cancels the order, then cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If OWS Repair service persons are late by 15 minutes of the scheduled time and the customer wants to cancel the order, then the cancellation charges will not be applicable
  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, OWS Repair reserves the right to cancel any order at any point in time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
  • If the service person or OWS Repair cancels the visit then the customer is not liable to pay cancellation charges.

 

For Single Services related to Car Spa, Sofa Spa, Home Cleaning, Pest Control, Water Tank Cleaning, Beauty Services or similar nature of services.

 OWS Repair will charge an amount of Rs 249 or Rs.349 as applicable as cancellation charges if the customer cancels the scheduled visit.

To avoid cancellation charges, customers are requested to reschedule or cancel the order 2 hours before the scheduled time.

For AC AMC

The100% amount will be refunded within 7 days of buying AMC if no service is availed under AMC by the customer. No refund will be made if any service is availed under AMC by the customer.

OWS Repair Home Service Packages

Customer who has taken Packages

To avoid the count of service delivered under the package, please reschedule or cancel the order one hour before the scheduled time.

  • You can reschedule or cancel your service request via the OWS Repair website and mobile app or through the OWS Repair call center.
  • If the service request is canceled 1 hour before the scheduled service time, the count of service delivered will not be applicable. If the service is canceled within 1 hour of scheduled service time, service will be deemed delivered.
  • If  OWS Repair service persons are late by 15 minutes of the scheduled time and service will be complimentary.
  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, OWS Repair reserves the right to cancel any order at any point in time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
  • If the service person or OWS Repair cancels the visit then the customer is not liable to pay cancellation charges.

Refund Policy for Packages

The following rules will be applicable for a refund of the package amount if the customer wishes to return the package.

  • OWS Repair will charge for a minimum number of services as mentioned below table against each package @ Rs.300 per service or the actual number of services availed by the customer, whichever is higher.
  • For the purpose of refund, the Package amount will be considered after deducting the applicable taxes.
  • After adjusting the above, OWS Repair will refund the amount within 15 days of the customer request and OWS Repair acceptance.

For more clarification, please look at the below examples

a) Example 1 if opted for Rs 999 Package and only 2 services is availed by the customer then the refund would be Net Amount for Refund calculation

(Package amount- taxes Paid)

= Rs. 846

(Minus) OWS Repair minimum 2 services @ Rs. 300

= Rs.600

Refund to customer

= Rs.246

b) Example 2, if opted for Rs 3999 pack and utilized 10 services, then his refund would be Net Amount for Refund calculation

(Package amount- taxes Paid)

= Rs. 3389

(Minus) 10 services @ Rs.300

= Rs.3000

Refund to customer

= Rs.389
